BLOGGER NEWS

I can finally blog AGAIN [now that I have said that all will go wrong]!

I hated feeling like I was being censored [can we say paranoid] and after years of having no one interested in what I had to say it was refreshing for me to blabble away...even with no feed back! This way I can pretend that someone is listening and I am not just talking to myself!

Got smart and wrote out other info so all I had to do was copy to here.

I did find another blogger site and had planned on dumping this one if things didn't change. The other site would at least give me the ability to post pictures! Maybe I will continue with this one or do both?

HEALTH UPDATE…for those of you who give a damn

My Bronchitis has gotten worse!

One doesn’t realize how much the pollutants in the air affect your breathing until you start straining for oxygen!

With spring comes yard cleaning [not my yard]…the stirring up of “snow mold” and street cleaning of dirt! I can’t have the windows open for fresh air… there is none!

Not to mention the fact that I have been cleaning & rummaging through clutter! All of the dirt & dust is taking a toll on my lungs!

Six days ago I had to have my son drive me to the hospital because I couldn’t breathe!

I tried everything I could think of to open my airway and nothing worked!

I tried the usual standbys…hot coffee, hot water, Vicks on my chest & the bottoms of my feet & allergy pills! Still…my chest was so congested that it left me struggling for air!

I am very thankful that we still have a hospital!

There is no waiting around in emergency rooms here! I was seen to right away and was given oxygen with added medication…breathing finally became easier!

All I can say is that I am glad that I no longer have a virus…it changed into an infection and that can be treated with antibiotics! Don’t care for the price of them…they are not covered by standard Medicare and costs 7.36 each! I won’t complain too loudly…if they do their job! Right now I am still waiting for them to work…as usual!

Sleeping has been a problem…when I lay down I can’t breathe and it’s been hard learning to sleep sitting upright!

I am no longer contagious yet I still have people moving away from me when I start to cough!

The other sad thing is that my grand daughter has her Bronchitis back also!

Hopefully all goes away for us soon!!!

RENOVATION UPDATE

The renovations got as far as trying to remove the front platform! Instead the reno turned into major Garage Sale!

This was the “first ever” garage sale for me!

All I can say is…what a nightmare!

Gathering all of the junk together was horrendous!

My son got to do all of the heavy lifting and PoD got to do most of the stickers for pricing! All I had to do was decide what was to go, what price and where to put it! I kept putting off the advertising so I missed the ad time for the newspaper and had to rely on flyers throughout the town. PoD had a brilliant idea…use balloons! So I placed a sign on the boulevard in front of my shop and added the helium filled balloons. I think I got more response from the balloons!

It started out as a nice day but as Sask days goes…it rained! Customers came anyways!

NOTE: Helium balloons do not stay floating if it gets too cold…which it did!

I was able to get rid of half of my stuff and the rest will go to the “Town Wide” sale in June. PoD, Hairgirl & I will split the cost of the advertising. Thankfully my stuff is already priced…all I have to do is get it to her place…along with tables to put it on!

This adventure took up a week of my time!

April is a slow time for business so I really wasn’t affected by the down time that might have been caused by the sale preparation.

One good thing came of the sale…my urge to gather more crap is gone! I haven’t attended any other sales…auctions or likewise events! If I do…I definitely will be very frugal about the need for it!

The only other sale I can see in my future is when I sell the shop and that won’t be happening any too soon!

THUMBER UPDATE

For those of you who cared what happened to my cat after she tumbled out the window…she’s just fine!

She sneezed and shook her head for a few days but other than that…all is okay!

She did learn a lesson from her adventure because she won’t sit on the window frame when the window is open! I have placed a chair/stool near them so she can still enjoy looking at the birds…which happens to be her TV.

I’ve also learned a valuable lesson about seeing to safety first…whether it be for a cat or one of my grandkids! When installing something…always double check!!!

It also made me realize how much she is a part of my life!

I hug my cats daily!!!

WTF

I've been trying to blog since my last time and all I have been getting is ERROR!

What a way to get you hooked on something and then take it away!

Keeping this short as I am sure that I will be ERRED AGAIN!

Most likely this one will work and then I will have wasted my only chance...

Color me FRUSTRATED!

HAPPY 3RD ANNIVERSARY TO ME!

It's been 3 years since taking over ownership of the shop!

It's been a struggle but I am finally starting to see daylight at the end of this long tunnel!
Hard work and long hours has taken it's toll on my health....but I could never be happier!

It's also been 3 years.....being SINGLE!

I can't begin to express my feelings on THAT subject!
I never really realized just how much I had given up....just so I wouldn't be alone!

The only good things that came out my loss of 26 years with another....is my Kids, Grand Kids & this place!

I could NEVER imagine life without my family!

Life without my shop?

One day....maybe?

But right now I am still working to see my head out of water for a whole year before I decide anything else!

As for changing the single status?

I'M NOT SURE THAT I WANT TO!!!

My love life has already been three strikes!

So I classify that as being OUT!

With the love of my family...daughter, grand kids, son, 2 siblings and 2 fur kids...my life is complete enough for me....so I am not alone!

LIFE is looking pretty good right now!

WTF

I wonder if anyone else had problem with logging on here yesterday? When I was able.......I couldn't send info!

Did your computer act as screwy as mine did?

Yesterday might as well of been a hoiday...got no work done designing wise!

Spent 2 hours removing the rest of Halloween from the basement of the courthouse & it will not bother me one bit, never to do Halloween in that place ever again!

Renovations have turned into setting up and pricing of all of my crap....I am ashamed to admit to such a mass of collectibles!

DEFINITELY A FRIDAY THE
13TH !...FOR ME !

Thumber's Accident!

Completely my fault!

Parent negligence...wrongful installation of screen for window!

I was sure that I had secured it properly.....should have double checked it!!!!

I had just installed the screen in the window frame and decided to leave it open for a bit. I left the room with Thumber investigating the new opening and the cool fresh air. Minutes later I heard this load bang and knew in an instant what had just happened!

Thumber fell out of the window taking the screen with her!

She has a tendency to stretch her full length up the screen to see how high it goes....her weight popped them both out!

A 16' foot drop to the cement sidewalk below!

I wasn't sure at first because all I saw when I leaned out the open window was the screen laying on the sidewalk! No cat!

I called for her outside a in and still no... I shook the treat can....no Thumber.....she never misses her chance for a treat!

She had a tendency to hide when ever she knows she did something wrong and I think that she would have figured out that what had just happened......was wrong!

I walked up and down the street....around the block....looking and calling for her....hoping not to find a body instead.....

No cat anywhere!

Walking back to my place she surprised me by running out from under the car parked next door!

I was so happy to see her!

She wasn't limping at all....she was running close to the ground acting extremely scared!

Not only did she just fall from a high place but found herself.... outside....all alone! She has never been outside....strictly an indoor cat! She probably panicked because she couldn't get back inside to safety!

The fall and the trauma is added fear but mostly my fear is....

Has she hurt herself internally?

Last night all she did was shake her head once in awhile and sneeze. I checked for any bloody spots after her sneezing and all was okay! I listened to the sound in her chest and she is not wheezing or straining for air. Felt all of her bones and she never tried to get away....her tummy wasn't swollen last night and is okay this morning. She has been wanting her treats and still is able to eat them.....so her appetite is okay also!

But usually she comes down stairs with me.......not this morning!

I will be keeping a close eye on her until she starts acting more like herself.

Hopefully all is well!!!!!

Keeping my fingers crossed........

I will be making sure this never happens again!!!!

JILL TIP:

Flexible Vacuum:

To get something out of narrow places........like cat hair stuck in register vents!
Recycle a cardboard tube from paper towels, wrapping paper, etc and stick them on the end of the vacuum hose. It can be bent or flattened to fit these narrow spaces. Throw away when done!

RENOVATIONS

Shop renovations didn't quite go the way that we wanted it to!

I had forgotten that the previous owner had converted the indented front entrance-way of old...to a platformed bay window. We wanted to remove the platform and have more room for our 6' x 17' application table. Didn't happen!

We found that the cement pad/curb [of old entrance way] had split the space diagonally...so the platform had to stay! Did manage to get rid of the nasty rug covering it, which happened to collect every cat hair around...making it a cat fur rug? Out it went to the trailer that's headed for the dump!

PoD & Son had extreme fun with the demolition...until it turned into a salvage job...back to doing the best that they could with what they had just destroyed! All turned out well and they were able to move the monster application table to a better position. Fill the holes & a coat of paint on the uncovered platform...it will be just like new...and thankfully something easier to clean!

We have decided to have the garage sale earlier than planned! Can't wait for the "Town Wide" sale. I have mostly curio collectibles and craft/hobby stuffs.

All of my accumulated weird stuff is going on the chopping block as soon as we can manage! PoD's afraid that I will change my mind and keep it all!

Next job will be...covering walls left from the first reno...when we moved in here 2002. Tired of seeing half finished stuff!

Hopefully all goes better tomorrow!
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY SON!

I forgot to wish my son a happy birthday on my blog!

He turned 26 on April 5.....where did the years go!

I didn't forget his actual birthday day...he got presents from his sister, niece, nephew and me. I even had a cake for him. So I really didn't miss his day...just blogging about it! After all...this has been kind of a diary for me.

I'd like to make mention of something I never figured I'd ever live to see....my son "DUSTING" inside of his new car! His niece & nephew had gotten him a dusting kit and that was the very first thing that he used!

His buddies were home for the holidays so they all got together and bought him "shots" at the local pub. He crawled in around 4:00 am the next day...thankfully he left his car there and walked home!

Only one person was a jerk on his special day....
Down With Another Bug!

Here I am...again....up at 4:00 am!

This time with this awful GAS problem!

Your body fills your stomach with gas...you think your about to burst...then you do...all openings!!!

Add nausea along with loose bowels.............get the picture!

Definitely not a time to be around friends and family.......even the cats aren't parked near me as usual?

Using a famous quotation...."it's a rumbly in the tumbly" right now!

I hear there's a new type of "Flu Bug" going around Dodge right now [ bigger question is...when is there not] and seeing as there has been such an influx of kids in the shop lately.....go figure I'd catch something!!! My son had trouble with his stomach all day yesterday also?

Will be interesting to see if Pod & the kids have the same thing going on in their house?

Instead of coffee this morning I am drinking peppermint tea. I'm hoping that the herb will help ease the gas...so far not working....

Got to run...............

CATS & RENOVATIONS

Suki has been either helping me out...or is frantic that I'll forget something of hers in the move!

So far I have received; 2 scraps of vinyl, 1 Muppet toy, a pen & 2 kinder toy cars.

I think she's either bringing me stuff to pack for the garage sale or she thinks we're moving again and wants me to pack some of her things.

I'm not sure which one?

I can tell that the chaos of the house/shop cleaning/clearing [a rare sight to all] has upset both cats.

Suki hates it when I'm doing laundry because hanging up and put away my clothes makes her think that I might be going away for awhile, so this packing & moving of boxes has her stressed.

Remember all boxes are hers!

It's making her quite clingy!

Not to mention having to shoo her out of the box every time I turn my back!

Thumber has been making like "Lightning" every time I move something!

She thinks I'm unearthing all of her toys that she has lost...which was always under something! She bolts in like "Lightning" and grabs the missing item, tripping me in the process. Suki's attacking her while protecting her boxes that she thinks Thumber is after and not the lost toy.......you know...CHAOS!

Tomorrow cats stay up stairs while we are working!!!
JILL *Renovation* TIP:

Broken Glass:

- Use a dry cotton ball to pick up the little shards of glass ...ie: light bulb glass! The fibers catch ones you can't see.

- I have also used a wet paper towel [folded over a couple of times] to pat the area where the glass shards are.

- Glass gone but light socket remains...use part of a spud, the cut end and push into glass/socket...unscrew......first remember to disconnect the power!

JILL *Cooking* TIP:

Easy Deviled Eggs

Put cooked egg yokes in a zip lock bag. Seal, mash till they are all broken up. Add remainder of ingredients, reseal, keep mashing it up mixing thoroughly, cut the corner tip of baggy, squeeze mixture into egg cavity. Just throw bag away when done....easy clean up!
MY PACK RATTING DAYS ARE OVER!!

I was so excited to get the renovations of my shop started that I couldn't sleep last night...errr..this morn!

Up at 2:15 am!

It probably didn't help that I had a few naps in between junk removals & cooking yesterday!

Easter Dinner was good...could have done without one guest there...but as usual over ate...felt like crap...why does a person do that to themselves?? Must be all of the good cooking!

We went home early because PoD had a migraine caused by the stress of being a single-parent! Hope she feels better today. Won't call cause nothings worse than ringing phones when you have a headache!

Today I had to do some computer work, removed Easter Decor, Display Items and figure out what's garage sale or not. It all sounds so short...so why did it take so long?

Man I'm tired!

And I am not even finished yet???

Yup....DEFINITELY NOT COLLECTING ANY MORE STUFF!!!
Cat Poetry

"A Cat's Prayer"

Now I lay me down to sleep.
The king size bed is soft and deep...
I sleep right in the center groove
My humans can hardly move!

I've trapped her legs, she's tucked in tight
And here is where I pass the night.
No one disturbs me or dares intrude
Til morning comes and "I want food!"

I sneak up slowly to begin
My nibbles on my humans chin.
She awakes up quickly. I have sharp teeth -
And my claws I will unsheathe

For the morning's here and it's time to play
I always seem to get my way.
So thank you Lord for giving me
This human person that I see.

The one that hugs me and holds me tight
And sacrifices her bed at night.

HOPPY EASTER

Saw the town rabbit, "Hoppy", this morning...out back of my place....he must have finished his route because he ditched any incriminating evidence......No basket!

You know...the one for eggs...that he stole out of that hen house....

Didn't see any chocolate stuff either....

I am so glad that I finally got to see Hoppy [after months of not]...["add photo"...that might have happened if I could have found my camera in time] and watched his/her snacking...which is pretty slim at this time of year.

I'm pretty sure this is Hoppy's snack bar as he/she nibbles for awhile then goes back to where he/her came from...I have been very fortunate to be able to watch Hoppy doing this for quite awhile and hopefully for much longer!

It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day here in Dodge...sky is clear...the wind isn't flapping the plastic wrap tangled in the trees out front...the dead leaves and winter garbage isn't swirling in the gutters and for a change the mart parking lot isn't overrun with idling vehicles...exhaust fumes filling the air!

Spent Sat spring cleaning and rejuvenation my new bedroom...far away from the leaking ceilings and rotting walls!

Lots of scrubbing and vacuuming!!!

My son has had the joy of getting to move my crap around for me...as he's off right now...due to "road ban" time!

A LOT had to go downstairs to the garage sale pile!

It was all worth it!

My son picked up a "air cleaner" in town south of us for me and I ran it for about 6 hrs before bed.

Best night's sleep in a LONG while!!

No blowing my nose a million times...no wheezing...no coughing....

CLEAN AIR!!!

Future Plans...

Our shop will be closed for this week to do renovations...customers can still leave "orders" and arrange for pick up of their completed stuff but we will be closed to street traffic.

School kids will be out for Easter break this week so the grand kids get to help out with the make-over...can we say....child labor?

A quote from my step mom would be...
"putting a kid to work will only keep them out of trouble and who knows...they might even learn something from it"!

We will all be screaming in agony with sore muscles by the time we re-open doors Apr. 17th.

Tonight Son & I will be feasting at PoD"s place and I have goodies for the kids. I got them huge stuffed floppy rabbits [they like them for pillows] and small rabbit basket filled with the sugary stuff.

Times awasting......got to accomplish potato making... I'm making mashed & scalloped and I'm also bringing a cooked ham...I have troubled with eating turkey freshly cooked...I prefer it the next day?

Have A Happy Easter and to all of you who a driving for the holidays....drive safe!

NEED HELP!

Calling all computer literate people....need help please! I'm missing commands needed to up load images.

What do I do?
............besides go screaming mad when I want to add a photo!

Problem #1.....

When I click on the pic button [upper right] it brings up the pop-up frame with the commands needed such as: "add an image to your computer", "add another image from the web"& "choose a layout" but I am missing the buttons that say "add image" and "cancel".

Problem #2.....

There should be an "up load " button to the right of "add image" button...it's missing?

These problems occurred when I switched over to new blogger.

Need to add photos for my "Orb Section.....Seeing is Believing" so please

....Anybody out there???
OOPS!

What a way to come off as intelligent....make a new quote and muck it up!

What I meant was....

Thank Goodness It's Friday!

or was it......

CAT FACTS:

WARNING - Easter Lilies can be DEADLY to your cat!

-Easter Lillie's and other variations in the lily family can cause kidney failure in cats.

-All parts of the lily plant are toxic to cats and consuming even small amounts can be life threatening. With their habit of brushing up against plants, even the pollen released by the plant can do harm.

-Within only a few hours of ingestion of the lily plant, a cat may vomit, become lethargic or develop a lack of appetite. These signs continue and worsen as kidney damage progresses. Without prompt and proper treatment by a vet, the cat may developE kidney failure in 36 to 72 hours.

- Other lilies to avoid are: Glory Lily, Tiger Lily, Stargazer Lily, Rubrum Lily, Yellow Asian Lily & Pink Asian Lily.

So if you want to celebrate Easter with flowers stick to these alternatives: Easter Orchids, Easter Cactus, Easter Daisies or Violets

HAPPY GOOD FRIDAY!

Seeing as I am NOT a religious person, the meaning of the holiday is totally lost on me...I would never celebrate someone who was murdered by Crucifixion...no matter what lame excuse it was! I feel sorry for all that do...but each to their own!

I like this holiday because the government decrees that no one should work this day and anything to break-up the weekly grind is OK with me! Every Friday is a good Friday to me! TGIF

I do celebrate Easter...not for that religious reason either! Although I do wonder about people who only believe in THAT ghost and not ALL ghosts?

I do believe in the "Easter Bunny"! Although I have always wondered "where do they get their eggs"? Has anyone ever seen bunnies breaking into the hen house and if you did...would you accuse them of stealing eggs....hmmmm?

And why isn't it the "Easter Chicken"...seeing as it's her eggs? But maybe that would be like selling your own kids...hmmmm?

And why the ducks? It definitely isn't advertised as their eggs!

Man...some of the mysteries of life?

Thankfully Its Good Friday!

CAT FACTS: *facts were found in vet health sites

- Mature cats with no health problems are in deep sleep 15% of their lives. They are in light sleep 50% of the time. That leaves just 35 % awake time, or roughly 6-8 hrs a day. Cats come back to alertness faster than any other creature.

- A cat will spend nearly 30% of their time grooming themselves.

- They lose almost as much fluid in the saliva while grooming themselves as they do through urination.

- A cats saliva contains a detergent that keeps their fur clean. A smooth, shiny coat is the sign of a healthy cat.

- Studies now show that the allergen in cats is related to their scent glands, dander & saliva. They have scent glands on their faces and at the base of their tails. Male cats generate the most scent, allergic people should tolerate spayed females the best. If your cat has dander [dandruff], keep them dander-free by washing them fairly often.

- The average lifespan of an outdoor-only cat [feral & non feral] is about 3 yrs; an indoor-only cat can live 16 & longer....recorded age to be 34.

- When a domestic cat goes after mice, about 1 pounce in 3 results in a catch.

- A cat sees about 6 times better than a human at night, and needs 1/6 the amount of light that a human does - it has a layer of extra reflecting cells which absorb light.

SNOW...SNOW...GO AWAY...COME BACK...IN NOVEMBER!

Woke this morning to the miserable sight of the flaky white crap!

IT'S BLIZZARDING AGAIN!!!

Last night my sister called from her place in Alta and we can't b---h too much as the snow they got STAYED....about a foot of it! I guess we can be happy about somethings!

I'm sure I saw boots on those early birds!

The coyotes must love this weather as the poor birds that are flying south right now have to sleep standing on the ice that's covering all of the sloughs! Can you imagine them coming in for a landing and expecting water.....wipeout!

Sure hope the Easter Bunny brings his snowshoes!

April showers means rain....doesn't it????

CAT FACTS:

-The female cat reaches sexual maturity within 6 to 10 months; most vets suggest spaying at 5 months, before her first heat period. The male usually reaches maturity between 9 & 12 mons.

-Female cats are "polyestrous", which means they may have many heat periods over the course of a year. A heat period lasts about 4-7 days if the female is bred; if she is not, the heat last longer and recurs at regular intervals.

-If left to her own devices, a female can have 3 - 7 kittens every 4 months.

-Spaying a female before her 1 or 2 heat will greatly reduce the threat of mammary cancer and uterine disease. A cat does not need to have at least one litter to be healthy, nor will they miss motherhood. Records have it that one cat gave birth 420 kittens in her lifetime and another gave birth at the age of 30 to 2 kittens.

-Cat pregnancies last about 9 weeks - between 62 & 65 days from conception to delivery.

-Female cats are "superfecund" which means that each of the kittens in her litter can have a different father.

-Neutering a male cat will, in almost all cases, stop him from spraying [territorial marking], fighting with other males [at least over females], as well as lengthen his life and improve its quality.

-The indoor cat has a longer lifespan than an outdoor cat. A cat that has never been outdoors will not miss what it doesn't know.

"APRIL SHOWERS BRINGS MAY FLOWERS"....and spring cleaning!

But as usual it SNOWED!

There is only about 1" of it and it will probably melt...but its still depressing to see!

Yesterday I got to see my first "Robin" and I sure hope he brought his snow boots with him! The weather change is probably because of the full moon tonight!

I've had the cleaning bug lately and I am quite proud of myself for all of the junk that I have been throwing out. I will have LOTS of stuff for the Town Wide Garage Sale this year! It's depressing to see just how much I have accumulated over the years! Thankfully I have my son home this weekend and he gets to be the pack horse...lugging all of that crap downstairs!

Hearing about Sir & Headmistress's woes on moving his mom has prompted me in my purge of my unnecessary hording! Also a comment made by "Abby" from the "Mart Across the Way" has helped me to be firm about what I may be leaving for my kids to deal with if I died!

This year my plans are to FINALLY fix my leaky roof! I know that the water leaking in has caused major damage to my ceiling and who knows what rot from the age of my building has helped to keep me unwell!

IT FEELS GOOD TO PURGE!

A NIGHT OUT

A rarity in its self...a night out...its been so long!!!

Last night PoD & I attended our 18th theatre production in Dodge.

It was a wonderful night...a little chilly outside but thankfully with no snow!

We sat with Wilma and Fancypants. We are all members of this theatre group but this year neither of us had anything to do with this production. We FINALLY got to just sit back and watch!

This group managed quite well without us!

We attended the "Meal" night and the food was fantastic as usual...this is catered by some of the town's women who volunteer their time to support this dual effort.

Our Hall is maintained mostly by what our theatre/supper productions bring in and thus far we have made over 85,000.00! I think all of us deserve a big pat on the back for all of the hard work and long hours that we have put in to accomplish this feat!

It felt great to be an "audience member" and I have been asked many times whether I miss it or not? I'm sorry to say the answer is NO!

I was in it from the initial start up [16 productions] and I found that I always put way too much effort into it thus making my home life/work pay for it. Tiredness and stress made me into an unlikeable person! I do have to admit that I would like to be there on the final nights but there is much more involvement than that needed! I have decided to help out only for "Festivals" which is where we get to travel throughout the province and compete in "one-act" productions. That time is still stressful but I can handle that just as long as I don't do both!

Anyways I digress...back to my evening out:

Our "new" group did a fantastic job! Their performances were perfect and their portrayal of their characters were quite believable. The audience response was wonderful and when it was over they got a "Standing O"!

This production [titled -The Man With the Plastic Sandwich"] was about a man sitting in a park trying to enjoy his lunch and the many people that annoy you when you would prefer solitude...the end results with them...helping out the character to realize his goals.

The main character was played by J-Rod. He held the production together and his ability to make people laugh helped to pulled it off. Pebbles [who also produced this play] was his first encounter and this being the first act was the longest and had tons of lines for the characters to memorize...no slip-ups that I could see. The second act was the introduction of Tomado Splat who was acting for the first time [was past Director] and he also did a great job! The third act was played by a first-timer and it didn't look like she had any stage fright at all! They also added a small cameo for someone who wanted to try a small part...she was a nice diversion.

So all-in-all it went great!

I did over-hear some negative comments about some of the context of the play but I have found that in this town...it is to be expected...as we have a lot of "prudish" people! We have never been able to please them in that sense and it does hurt ticket sales for the next year...but what can you do...you can't please everyone!

I did get a "honorable mention" in the "thank-you" part of the play introduction. They needed to use one of the trees that I had made for our halloween & one-act play productions and I also had some "greenery" that they needed to borrow from my shop.

In our past productions we also throw someones name or business name into the play...just for laughs and Wilma's name got the laughter this year.

Betty had the honor of doing my old job which was Stage Manager/Prompter/Program Designer & Tablecenter Pieces...all which were done wonderfully! See they don't need me!

Sir was on "Lights" and The Great One was on "Sound"...no screw-ups there!
New people held the positions of Director & Videographer.

I am so proud of the wonderful work that we do for our community!

PoD and I had to leave right away after it was over because of "kids-at-sitter" and for me the combination of people with too much perfume/hairspray/cologne/half a beer...aggrevated my "itis"...so we got to miss the "Social Time".

The other part I enjoyed about going out is seeing people that I haven't seen in a long while and catching up on their lives. I had quite a few nice comments from them about the shortness of my hair!

I had fun with my "Night Out"!!!

I should really get out more often!

Oh by the way.....HAPPY APRIL FOOL'S DAY.....and it didn't snow!!!
